How involved do I need to be?

Most merchant processors require the business owner to be involved to discuss account matters. This varies between companies, and we'll update you at every step of the way to let you know when we need your involvement.

What does it cost?

Our negotiation fees are contingent on saving you money with your current processor. If we're successful, we charge 25% of one year's savings. If you're determined to go it alone but would like some tips and tricks to negotiate, we charge flat fees for competitive proposals.
